Took my products in the morning Had a bowl of cereal
Lunch had taco bell burrito
for dinner I had pizza at pizza street.

It feels like my body is detoxing.

I had to go to the bathroom twice and it was soft. Most of the time, I go just once a day. I know that is not good. The doctors say you need to go about 3 times a day.
I do drink a lot of water.

Starting on Monday

I read through my materials I received with my products and have listened to a conference call. Then I talked two other business owners about the products and how to take them. I need more energy and want to lose weight. Last night I took the P.M. vitamins. I do not have a hard time falling asleep, but I do not sleep sound. Last night for the first time in a long time, I slept really sound and did not toss and turn. I was sleeping so well, I didn’t want to get up. When I got up I was excited to try my A.M. vitamins. I weigh 218, measurements are; hips, 44 – waist, 47 – left leg 24 ½ - left arm, 16 inches. Now that I have started a balance liquid nutrition program, I am going to weigh every Monday morning.
